NIH ORS SER DPSM ITSS and SDLC Services - $66.3M – 7 Years

For the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Physical Security Management (DPSM), Hygeia provides Information Technology Support Services (ITSS), and full System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) support services for physical security technology systems at all NIH owned and leased facilities throughout the United States. To deliver these services, Hygeia’s ORS PMO utilizes the best value service provider for any given project or sustained support service under the program. This approach reflects Hygeia’s elastic services model and enables us to ramp up, scale back, and integrate the best value provider for any service on the fly.

NIH CIT SESIS – $48.5M – 5 Years

For the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Center for Information Technology (CIT), Division of Enterprise and Custom Applications (DECA), Hygeia is providing Systems Engineering and Systems Integration services for a variety of NIH enterprise systems. NIH CIT serves as an enterprise IT service center for all NIH components and operates a service model similar to Hygeia’s approach to elastic IT services. Hygeia provides Flex Resourcing staff to support numerous NIH components who receive IT services support from CIT. These services include planning, analysis, engineering, design, development, documentation, implementation, training, administrative, and integration support for IT projects in various stages of their life cycle.

NIH CC Operations, Maintenance, and Enhancement of EIS - $3.4M – 5 Years

For the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center (CC), the Hygeia team is providing operations, maintenance and enhancement of the NIH CC Executive Information System (EIS). This project consists of the support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support/changes to the EIS. Along with Clinical Center Office of Management Analysis and Reporting (OMAR), our team is spearheading the initiative to streamline the presentation of data by enhancing the existing EIS dashboards and providing ad hoc reporting capabilities, including data audit tabs, automated reports, mapping locations, distribution services, and acuity and case reporting. Like Hygeia’s Elastic Services Portal utilized on our elastic IT services engagements, the EIS is an online business intelligence tool that offers real-time reporting of key customer performance indicators.
